The landmark investigation into WHO Collaborating Centres takes centre stage in a must watch episode of The Highwire.
We are incredibly proud to share that the groundbreaking investigative work of World Council for Health Australia’s Lucinda van Buuren has reached a global audience — featured in a powerful interview between Dr. Tess Lawrie (co-founder of World Council for Health) and Del Bigtree on The Highwire, broadcast on 7th May 2026.

“Maybe We Aren’t as Disentangled as We Thought”
Del Bigtree opened the interview with characteristic candour:
“I celebrate the moment we withdrew from the WHO. I don’t like this organisation. I think it does much more harm than good… but maybe we aren’t as disentangled as we thought.”
What Was Revealed
This research has uncovered a vast, largely hidden network of WHO Collaborating Centres operating across the globe — including here in Australia, throughout the United States, across the United Kingdom and in almost every country world wide.
These are not fringe bodies. They are universities, hospitals, regulatory agencies, health ministries, national laboratories, military and bioweapons facilities, charities, and health professional training organisations — all formally designated by the WHO to advance WHO agendas within their host countries.
There are currently 827 WHO Collaborating Centres worldwide.
Perhaps most strikingly: despite the United States having exited the WHO, 70 active WHO Collaborating Centres remain operating on US soil. The tentacles don’t retract simply because a country withdraws membership. Through these “collaboration” networks, the WHO maintains influence and control regardless of whether a nation is formally in or out.
These are WHO-aligned institutions that we continue to fund with our taxes — operating inside our borders, inside our institutions, often without public knowledge or scrutiny.
“The Vaccine Is the Pathogen”
The conversation took a profound turn when Del and Dr. Tess addressed the logic — and the ideology — behind mass injection campaigns. Del laid it out starkly:
“The fastest spreading disease there is — is the moment you can convince everybody to inject themselves for that pathogen. If I can make you afraid of the 7, but I can get 7 billion to inject themselves because they make us worry about that 7, then I just created the fastest spreading… ‘mission accomplished’ — if I’m trying to have diseases.”
The fear campaign and the injection are not sequential. They are designed together. The pathogen is the pretext; the vaccine is the delivery. Which is why Dr. Tess's response cuts to the heart of it in four words:
“The vaccine is the pathogen.”
“But what Lucinda’s work has shown is that it provides the ‘how’. How they’ve been able to do this? It’s been long-standing — in collaboration with military and these private funders, these private donors, and now the CDC and FDA.”
This is the infrastructure of capture. And it has been built quietly, over decades, inside the institutions we are supposed to trust.

“We Need to Look at Every Level”
When the conversation turned to accountability, Dr. Tess was clear about what genuine investigation must look like. Del observed:
“Not just look at the heads (of organisations/departments)… because they rotate the heads.” Del agrees: “I’m sure you could cut one off and it wouldn’t matter.”
Dr. Tess goes further:
“We need to look at every level, and we need now to have deep and thorough investigation — the administrative staff at all levels, the lab staff. We need to understand how this has happened, so this can never happen again. Because clearly they have a whole lot of what they call ‘viruses’ at their disposal, that they’re planning to keep these pandemic things going as a racket.”
“An Anti-Human Agenda”
Del asked the question many are afraid to ask directly:
“They’re planning on injecting us. Do you have a sense why?”
Dr. Tess didn’t flinch:
“Well, there certainly is an ideology associated with this, and it is a eugenics ideology. Henry Kissinger said that if you can get people to accept forced mandated vaccination, you can get them to accept anything. So this is very much an anti-human agenda — and the idea of diminishing all of us. It’s a control agenda, really. It’s about control. Ultimate power.”

When Del asked whether people could donate to support the investigations, Dr. Tess shone a light on what Lucinda has given to this work:
“This body of work — I just want to highlight that Lucinda van Buuren has produced this work voluntarily for the world, committing all her time the last couple of years and did not get paid a cent for this. And there’s a huge body of work that still needs to be done — because we can go subject by subject…there are all these countries with different collaborating centres.
We need support. We need proper support. We need attention — people like Aaron Siri and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. We need their time, and we need to brief people who are realising that the system has been corrupted from the inside out. We can help you. We can brief you. The question this research raises is one every Australian — every man and woman of every country — should be asking:
What does it mean for national sovereignty when global health mandates are embedded into the very institutions we should be able to trust and are funding through our taxes?
This isn’t a theoretical concern. These centres actively shape health policy, research priorities, regulatory frameworks, and professional training. The implications for how Australia responds to future “health emergencies” — and whether our responses will reflect Australian values and Australian decisions, or WHO directives — are profound.
